YOU and keeping your Cells and Body Happy

Every day in your body 432 billion cells die and are replaced with new cells.  This is the key to

regenerating your body and staying young.  Because

functioning body next year if you want, skinner, with fewer pains and more energy. If you take

the right steps.

That 432 billion number is a just scientific estimate.  Cells are so small and there are so many

in your body (somewhere between 60 – 100 trillion) that no one could ever count them

individually.  This is also why you do not notice your body renewing itself all the time.

Listed are examples of a new body:

Cells in our digestive system, from the stomach to the large bowels are replaced every 5

minutes

The liver is replaced every five months

A new covering of skin happens every four weeks

Our heart is replaced every six to nine months

Your liver is capable of renewing and repair from as little as 25% of itself

New studies are indicating that even brain cells may regenerate.

We know that in a fashion we are creating a new body by slowly getting new cells every day.

The question is whether our new cells will be healthier or less healthy

The quality of the new cells is dependent on the raw material, the food that

Was available when the replacement cells were being formed.  If you feed the body the proper

food nutrition, the new cells being formed can actually be stronger and healthier then the cells

ever were.

This is called regeneration.  If you feed the body poorly, the result will be cells of degeneration.

There are limits to this of course.  Researchers estimate that 30 percent of our health is

determined by genetics.

I would say these factors make your cells happy:

Genetics

Environment

Lifestyle

Food

And you may know other factors but those are the main ones I believe.

Processed foods

Sugar

Alcohol

Caffeine

Rancid fats and oils

Fresh vegetables

Fresh fruits

Whole grains

Drink lots of pure water

Exercise, nourishing friendships, nature, sleep

The body was not meant to sit idle.  Neighed was our mind.  If you are not moving the body

regularly, it will become toxic and acidic.  Some health professionals say you should not be

sitting for more than one hour without getting up and moving.

Betty Shine wrote the book,  “The Key to the Universe, Mind Magic.”.  She has proven that she can do all these wonderful things with her mind.  I totally believe she can do that, and along with others.  I just happen do not want to go that far as they do but it can be done with the mind.

What is Mind Magic?

In her first book Mind to Mind, she explained how she discovered bright, white energy around the head that looked like a vibrating halo.  And which she had studied for eleven years.  She explained how negative thought funneled that this energy inwards instead of outwards.  But while positive thought directed it outwards instead of inwards.  It would link it up with the universal mind,  the great reservoir of thought and knowledge outside ourselves.

What is Mind Magic?

She wrote that to remember that mind energy is affected by every single thought you have.  So let u talk about mind energy.

This mind energy actually leaves the body when we die.  She has seen it leave.  It can take on many shapes but it cannot be destroyed because it is energy.  And energy nevery] dies.  It joins an energy dimension.  She goes on of what is the Universal Mind.  She says it is a collection of past ends, of mind strengthened with knowledge, talent, and spiritual values, and it is a source that can be tapped by anyone wishing to seek knowledge.  Your life will never be the same again.  You will be happier and healthier.  That is the great bonus of learning what and who you really are in this Energy Universal.

These people that I have researched have helped my own life.  Each of them does not have all the answers but it is always working on getting us to the next level.

Life becomes easier if you have a Protocol for your mind, body, and spirit.  In this post, we are only going to talk about having Protocol on the Body today.  I will tell you what my Protocol is for my body in case I get cancer or diabetes.  Ty Bollinger is a CPA out of Waco, Texas and wrote several books on Cancer and I have used his Protocol on if I would get cancer.  I would;

There may be a few other things Ty wrote about and I would do but this list will really help along with what your Doctor recommends.  And maybe you will not want to do what your Doctor recommends.

What is YOUR Protocol?

These above items seem pretty easy to do and are not something that is going to ruin your lifestyle.

Especially, have a meditating and prayer period each day.  It has been researched thoroughly that a meditation or prayer program helps your wellness and overall health.

Stress would be very difficult to deal with when we are told we have cancer.  The best thing to do is to do all you can to think positive and wellness.  Over the years, when white cells are low and we are sick it helps to think that lots and lots of white cells are growing in our bodies.  and that has worked apparently from the research I have read.  Since we are each unique it takes a unique protocol for each of us.

So write your protocol down and tape it on your refrigerator.  It can change over the years with the more you learn about what will help in case you get cancer.  But, just thinking about will help but writing it down will help.

Alzheimer’s starts 20-30 Years before it actually shows up in a person’s personality.  That is the latest research which has come out.  But, no one says how it starts so we need to deduce there is something in each of us that could cause this.  Maybe, it is genetic or nutrition or environment or lifestyle.  And maybe it could a combination of any of those traits.  But, for myself, I have for almost 30 years tried to put only organic and healthy things in my body at my home.  Now, when I do go out I never would say I cannot eat such and such because it is irritating to people to have whiners.  But, in my home, I have all kinds of good things I do for myself.  I am O positive blood type so I try to stay with foods that go with that blood type.  Dr. D’Amato has a list of such foods on his website.  I am hypothyroid so I try to eat within that range also.  I detox once a year with Flora “Flor-Essence.  It is by Elaine Alexander, the late Canadian Health researcher.  Dr. Brusch was a partner in research and co-owner with the famous Canadian nurse, Rene Caisse.  They perfected this detox.  Organic Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, and slippery elm bark.  There is a process and drink it for 3 weeks.  Very good and highly recommended.  There are a lot of detoxes.  I juice parsley, chard also about 3 times a month.  Very good for the body, mind, and spirit.  You have to find one that you trust and work well for you.  I am going to do the next Blog on Stephanie Seneff’s articles.  They conclude that Round Up(Glyphosate) is in everything.  You have to counter everything from the store that is wrapped in plastic.  This leaches into YOUR body.

YOUR Sub-consciousness.  Today, in this Blog I will talk about Dr. Joseph Murphy’s book,  “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind.”  He is highly educated and was known for being very open to his Spiritual life, from what I know of him.  He was a Jesuit, and also went to visit Ernest Holmes, of Science of Mind fame, and a Christian Scientist.  So, I have read most of his books but I like this one best.  And, it explains things simply.

Dr. Murphy’s explanation for the Subconscious mind is and along with lots of others.  There are 2 levels of your mind, the conscious or rational level, and the subconscious or irrational level.  You think with your conscious mind, and whatever you habitually think sinks down into your subconscious mind, which creates according to the nature of your thoughts.  Your subconscious mind is the seat of your emotions and is the creative mind.  If you think good, good will follow; if you think evil, evil will follow.  This is the way your mind works.  This is according to Dr. Murphy.

Psychologists and psychiatrists point out that when thoughts are conveyed to your subconscious mind, impressions are made in the brain cells.  Professor Bruce Lipton talks like it repeats, repeat, and keep repeating.  Sounds logical to me.  But, remember we have 2 levels of the brain, the conscious and subconscious.  Impressions are made in the brain cells.  Your subconscious accepts any idea, it proceeds to put it into effect immediately.  It works by association of ideas.  And uses every bit of knowledge that you have gathered in your lifetime to bring about its purpose.  It draws on the infinite power, energy, and wisdom within you.  It lines up all the laws of nature to get its way.  Love Dr. Murphy.  That is all you need to know about how to be successful in life and know your purpose and have a meaningful life.  How great is that?

There are always new and wonderful books coming into the marketplace.  The one I am talking about today is,  “Consistent Winning”.  It is by Ronald D. Sandler, D.P.M., and Dennis D. Lobstein, Ph.D.   And it is a wonderful book about a new training system that lets you peak on demand.

Consistent Winning is a program of specific cycles of resting and training.  And developed after studying athletes and their patterns of training, injuries, time off, and peak performances.  The cycles are based on a mathematical sequence known as Fibonacci numbers, which occur frequently(always) in nature.  But, it does not change or replace any established, viable program of workouts.  It merely structures your given training schedule so you can schedule peak performances to occur on specific days.

See the pattern of those pictures above – there is a pattern in everything that the Prime Creator has made.  You can be an atheist but there is a pattern from the Universe on down to the tiniest little thing.  But, in this blog, I am going to tell you about myself and family members.  In 2003 – 2005 my brother, mother and sister all died of different cancers.  My dad had died in 1977 at age 67 of heart disease.  So in early 1990 after I became hypothyroid I began on this journey to keep my health as best as I could.  Once you get hypothyroid your life changes forever, and your body and your mind.  They all change for the worse but I took control.  That does not mean I control everything all the time I work on it daily.  I then found out about my Blood type which has a lot to do with how we age.  When I look at my blood type one of the characteristics is hard to get pregnant – it was 6 years between babies. I believe that in trying to stay healthy through the 1990s and into 2000 it taught me a lot about myself.  Then I really went into high gear through the process of my family dying of different cancers.  Mentally, I pray and meditate every day and thank the Prime Creator for all that has been given to me.  Writing this blog with knowledge and knowing that there are companies that over years have poisoned their products.  Nanoparticles of plastics are found in humans, along with glyphosate.  Of course, we are going to be sick from those items and die sick.

Will YOU die of Old Age or Sick?

Do not make this harder than it has to be.  Know your blood type.  Get if from Dr. D’Amato’s website if you do not know it.  Then look at the characteristics of your blood type and which foods go well with it.

Some humans are going to get sick, with cancer or many illnesses because of their genetics and such.  I want to die of old age and not have my children watch me die in Hospice.  Hospice is a wonderful program I just do not want that for my end.

Pepper:  KING OF THE SPICES!!!  I love pepper-I grind my pepper.  Dr. Bharat Aggarwal, Ph.D. says it is the king of spices.  Only use the pepper mill – because in just the plain pepper that you buy there can be a percentage of different items.  And they are not good for you, like mouse poop, etc.

Turmeric:  Dr. Aggarwal says that this is a  spice superstar because people who eat this daily are so healthy.  And that its emerging scientific reputation as one of nature’s most powerful healers.  I buy powdered turmeric and spirulina( which I buy out of Australia from www.australianspirulina.com.au    I believe it to be the most tested and organic.

I will drink 1 teaspoon each turmeric and spirulina.  And grind some pepper which helps turmeric get into the cells better and drink it down.  Excellent for the body and inflammation and good food for every organ of the body.  It is important for you to have a program or a protocol for your own health as you age.

I am now taking Tai Chi – which is a wonderful way to stretch and move one’s body to stay limber as we age.  It is one and a half hours once a week with 108 moves that are graceful and meaningful.  I will talk more about it but here is a list of benefits:  live longer, improve muscle strength, balance, and flexibility, boost cognitive function, improve COPD symptoms, better night-time sleep, improve symptoms of fibromyalgia, improvements in cardiovascular fitness, reduce risk of falls.  Those are all great benefits that I want as I age.
