YOU and YOUR Spiritual Life as YOU age

Throughout YOUR lifetime there have been ups and downs,

trauma, crisis, and grief.  We, YOU and I, probably have not

always been as spiritual as we should be throughout those times.

That would be normal and ok because it is called LIFE.  But,

when those ups and downs happen it brings about some blocks in

our spiritual life and here are some ways to overcome that period

that comes in all our lives, of course, if you are the exception and

never had any of those ups and downs that are great for YOU, but I

actually, do not believe life would ever be that smooth.

  1. Do not stop believing.  That this to shall pass and that you

will always remember the good memories and not the bad

memories.  That YOU forgive YOURSELF, then Forgive

everyone else.  YOU do not have to be around others with

negative energy or people who you do not like but forgive

everyone.  It helps you move on towards your dreams and

makes your life work better.

  1. Fix your financial problems.  Live below your means, shop

less, do not buy STUFF.  Read a good book from the library

or read a self-improvement book and find out “What Does

Life Expect from YOU?

  1. Do not quit before the finish line.  Keep moving forward,

keep being productive.  Have a plan so when you retire you

are still productive – not just playing golf, going to the gym,

going to lunch with friends, or watching TV.  Those things

are nice once in a while but that is not being productive.

  1. Work through internal blocks and limiting beliefs.  Energy-

sucking thought vampires come in all shapes and sizes.

Ask yourself questions every day make a plan for every day.

Make that plan work for you.

  1. Listen to your gut! That is intuitive – we all have our own

internal guidance system built-in.  become still, you can hear

the gentle guidance of our heart and soul.

YOU and keeping YOUR body free of disease as YOU age

There is not just one thing you can depend on to keep disease

away from SELF.  There is a lot you need to know and a lot you

need to learn.  I have been learning since the late 1980’s on how

to keep my body, blood, cells, and organs all happy and disease

free.  It has been a long journey because I love good fresh food, I

love carbs but do try to limit daily my intake of carbs, I love good,

fresh hamburgers, steaks but try to limit the beef thing because

too much is bad no matter what.

I eat a lot of fresh salmon, organic and the North Sea salmon.

YOU need to know your blood type and what foods are good for

that particular blood type.  I talk about that on my podcast “What

Does Life Expect from YOU?  It is the lectins in the foods that can

be blood group specific, being able to agglutinate the red cells of

one type but not those of another.  Dr. William Boyd of Boston

University School of Medicine discovered this.  And went on to

say that lime bean lectin would agglutinate reds cells of human

blood type A but not those of O or B.  So it has been researched

that this lectin from foods works better with one blood type and

not the other.  So, take heed about blood types and foods that

make your body happy and healthy.  It is necessary for your own

protection and happy and healthy aging.  Know your blood type.

Because of the environment of air, soil and anything else – I have

supplements that work well with my body.  Find out which

supplements work better with your body or that you are lacking

in your overall daily foods.  The soil is not as nutrient dense as it

I believe the effects of meditation and mindfulness practices on the brain and body.  Professors at Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute are studying these in-depth.

Dr. Joseph Murphy has been a very favorite of mine over the years.  I believe his studies and research on sub-consciousness have been proven correct.  I have tried to follow these practices for about 30 years.

Dr. Norman Vincent Peale has been another favorite for the belief that Prayer can bring about positive things in a person’s life.  I will always believe this is also part of healthy aging.

I am a believer that we all have more spiritual power than some think.  It is a thousand-year-old study. But we are more than just this body. And  I am a believer  in all this belief system

But the study found that the people who expressed that spirituality or religion was important to them had significantly thicker cerebral cortices-a part of the brain.

And our beliefs and moods are reflected in our brain.  I will believe we can begin to see this.  But the brain is an extraordinary organ.

But I  believe the brain is an incredibly dynamic organ that responds to our mental patterns and habits.

And the study’s findings are in line with other similar research.  I will believe showing a correlation between a person’s predominant state of mind, brain functioning and other physical reactions in the body.

I will talk about the recent study by Kaliman in 2014 found that intensive meditation positively affected people.  And I believe that being positive is effective.   But the expression of genes that are involved in inflammation.  And being positive does affect a number of markers for overall health and wellbeing.

But I believe our state of mind is hugely important in our overall health and wellbeing.   And adopting these time-honored spiritual practices help.  And I believe meditation and mindfulness, and prayer is simple.  I believe these are effective ways to realize your health benefits.

Dr. Targ is a very special person-

The Spirituality of Dr. Russell Targ.

He is legally blind.  His family is from Poland-and in 1937 his father went to Poland to bring them all back to America-and none of them would come and of course, they went through the Holocaust in the years that came to be.  His father owned books stores, and was a publisher and was a person who knew a lot of the great authors of the era.  He is an only child.  His daughter became a physicist and died from a brain tumor at 40 years of age.  He loved his daughter very much.  He has 2 other successful boys.

Dr. Targ’s memoirs are a fantastic read-I hope you get a chance to read that book – plus the others he has written.  He cannot see beyond about 2 feet in front of himself.  I am amazed that he was able to do so much with his life.  He has a remarkable spirit about him.  He believes’ our business should be about our consciousness.  Throughout the book, you realize he sees beyond what 95% of earthly people see.  He initiated remote viewing programs for the US military.  Of course, no one I know would agree with the use of some military programs are used but his brilliance is appreciated.  Dr. Miller, also a physicist, quit being a physicist when he realized it was all going to the military-industrial industry.  The book covers so much of the 20th century because Dr. Targ lived most of the 20th century is important to a lot that went on in the military and CIA.  The book deals with both science and spirituality.  And it is hard for us that are not physicists to understand how a person can be so spiritual, like Dr. Targ, come from an industry that sells WARS with the projects, they have worked on.  Yet, he writes about Buddhism and then on quantum physics.

How Stress affects YOU!  There is only 1 person you can control and that person is you.  YOU cannot control your mate or partner, now your children.  Your parents cannot control YOU or your children.  From the research in the last few decades, it is the stress that causes more diseases than the actual disease.

On YOUR BODY is causing a headache, muscle tension or pain, chest pain, fatigue, change in sex drive, stomach upset, sleep problems.

YOUR mood, anxiety, restlessness, lack of motivation or focus, feeling overwhelmed, irritability or anger, sadness or depression.

On YOUR behavior, overeating or undereating, angry outbursts, drug or alcohol misuse, tobacco use, social withdrawal, exercising less often.

Stress lowers YOUR vibration of each cell.  Dr. Bruce Lipton talks a lot about this in his Belief youtube.  Dr. Lipton is a Cellular Biologist and taught in Medical Schools before he retired.  He talks about how each cell is like an individual and has functions also.  So, when stress comes along in life it affects the cell and lowers its vibration so that disease can creep in.

Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

And wisdom to know the difference.

What this is telling you is that YOU can control no one but YOURSELF.  It is by trying to control and take care of everyone else is that causes stress.  I turn everything over to GOD,  there is nothing I can do for anyone else.

We always want to help and take care of family and friends.  But, let them know you will support them and put them on your prayer list.

YOU and What is YOUR Protocol if you get Cancer.  The following is from natural news. Com and then there is the section that in 2017, an estimated 1,688,780 new cancer cases are expected to be diagnosed and about 600,920 people will die from the disease in the United States, according to the annual report by the American Cancer Society.  The New York scientists explained that while shrinking the tumors, chemotherapy simultaneously opens new doorways for tumors to spread into the blood system, triggering more aggressive tumors which often result in death.

The researchers believe toxic chemo drugs switch on repair mechanisms in the body that allow tumors to grow back faster. Furthermore, Dr. George Karagiannis, l lead author of the study and his team found that two common chemo drugs increased the number of “doorways” on blood vessels which allowed cancer cells to spread to other parts of the body.  The team also discovered that chemotherapy increased the number of cancer cells circulating the body and lungs of mice.

Though this study only investigated the effects of chemotherapy on breast cancer, the researchers are currently experimenting with other types of cancer to see if similar effects occur.

Your Blood Type Matters.  Dr. D’Amato’s book will help you understand that the lectin in different foods will match with your blood type than other foods.  I am 0 positive and he has a list of foods that match better with my blood type thank other foods.  Blood type is just one of the many characteristics we each have.  But, when you are trying to keep you healthy through the years take into those characteristics.  Your pecking order, your birthday, your culture, and your environment, and especially your thinking.  Sometimes throughout our lives, we go through down times but I am wishing for you that most you have good and happy times.
