YOU and 8 carcinogenic food additives banned nearly

everywhere in the WORLD BUT

United State of America

Today we are taking information from Mike the Super Guy as I

call him.  Really he is Mike Adams and he wants to see that you

stay healthy.  And that is my goal for you also.  So, That you die

of old age and not of disease.  So that you can volunteer at

Hospice but not die in the Hospice program.

The following are banned additives:

  1. Flame-retardant chemicals in drinks.

What?  You say

Brominated vegetable oil (BVO) is a synthetic chemical that can

be found in numerous popular drinks in the USA, including

sodas and sports drinks.  Bio-accumulates in fatty human tissue

and even in breast milk, and can also cause iodine deficiency

and nerve disorders.

  1. Meat tainted with dangerous drugs like ractopamine and other synthetic hormones

One-thirds of U.S. cows, pigs, turkeys and chickens are jacked up

with the well-known asthma drug called ractopamine to plum them

up right before their heads are chopped off.

  1. Gelatin:  reduced animal parts you would never eat, if you only knew

Gelatin is made from body parts of infected and drugged

animals that are not used for fast food, boiled down loaded with

sugar and food coloring.  Avoid marshmallows, get capsule

vitamins, fruit snacks, Jell-O, gummy worms, gummy bears,

gummy cola candy and often sour cream and cake frosting

  1. artificial food dyes

In America, nearly every food item that has colorful is made with

toxic industrial dyes.

  1. Azodicarbonamide(ADA)

Can hardly pronounce that but this yoga mat chemical is often

found in commercially baked bread.

  1. Arsenic

Long term arsenic consumption triggers cancer and heart

disease.  It can be used n livestock feed, poultry and maybe your

tap water

  1. Olestra flavor enhancer

One of time’s 50 worst inventions ever includes FDA approved

Olestra-a fat-free and calorie-free chemical used to bring out

flavoring in fries, chaps, frozen yogurt and all kinds of diet foods.

Causes gastrointestinal disease in children, and has been found to

actually increase appetite.

  1. Potassium bromate (bromated flour)

A human carcinogen.  Check those hamburger and hotdog buns

for this poison.

Take care and read the labels – labels say it all-if you cannot

pronounce the words and if is know not to be organic – do not buy

– it will eventually make you sick.  Maybe, not today, maybe not

tomorrow-but what about in 10-20 years from now and the

accumulation of all this synthetic and processed and man-made

food?  That is when YOUR disease will show up.

YOU and your spiritual protocol for the day

We will talk about a spiritual walk on a daily basis

It helps in balancing your life when you have some daily prayers

or meditation to do every day.

I do the HO-Op it goes like this:

I love you

I am sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

It can be for someone specific in your life.  I have done it while

flying and if I am going on an auto trip – I will lay my hands on  my

car and pray that prayer over my car.  Everything you pray for or

whom you pray for is beneficial to the universe.  It is all positive

and reinforcing the energy around you and everyone you love or

pray for.

Only you can tell which spiritual walk is best for you.

There are a lot of ways to go:

Reading the Bible

Reading daily devotionals

Meditating quietly by yourself

Just sitting quietly

Reading Earnest Holmes

Read Joseph Murphy

Real any of thousands of good spiritual books

Think about how your spirituality has changed over the years.

Thanking God for this day – is probably my one most important

prayer of the day.  Feeling blessed, feeling that I am fulfilling the

purpose of why I am here for all these years. Feeling very grateful

for all I have and that I am healthy for 75 and will die healthy.

I do believe that sometimes, over each life time, we can get stuck

spiritually.  We get distracted, pulled down, undone.  God can feel

distant and irrelevant.  We all go through this from time to time.

Here are some things that you can do to pull YOU up:

Be honest about your heart.

Complain out loud to God

Complain out loud to others

Get out of your own head

Know that God loves YOU – all the time-24/7 all through your life

YOU and keeping YOU Motivated while you age

Here are some things that will help you do that.  I am a great proponent of:

Self-motivation

Self-inspiration

Self-empowering

Self-improvement

Self-help in all areas.

I am not a believer in someone else telling me what I need to do to make me:

Happy

Have Joy

Find peace

Love

Grieve

Be assertive

Be quiet

Meditate

Be noisy

Live my life

Here are some ideas that may help me and YOU on your journey:

Find your spark

Spark your emotions

Keep the spark alive

Be your own motivational coach

And then most of us would like to be a little bit smarter.

Hazelnuts:  rich in flavorings, protecting your brain cells from inflammation that can lead to mental degeneration

Rye bread – who knew-but rye bread is one bread I have always found beneficial for me.  Feeding your brain, a balanced amount of floccose will keep your concentration high.  Releases energy slowly, dodging the surge and crash you get from a white loaf.

Beetroot

I have beetroot and I put it in my probiotic with little stevia

Celery-use it for blood pressure over the years.

Carrots – beta-carotene-brain boosting antioxidant that helps combat cognitive decline.

The following is a list from telegraph.co.uk

They always seem to have some good ideas

  1. Probiotics-which is a must

YOU and reading side effects of prescription drugs and everything

else.

The following is information from startnews.com and it is for you

to know.

A recent study found that, while about 80 percent of those viewing

risk information for a fictitious allergy drug claimed to have read at

least half or more of the warnings, an eye-tracking tool found that

they actually read little to none of the cautionary material on a

product website.  Of 29 people, eight did not read any of the sides

effect disclosure, some of which was supposedly unique to this

medicine.

In general, the participants-all of whom had been diagnosed with

a seasonal allergy and reported suffering symptoms during the

past year-had a very low recall level.  Of 12 side effects

mentioned, on average, the participants correctly recalled just

one.  And nearly 45 percent did not recall any risks, while 17

percent recalled just one risk.

The goal of the study was to assess the extent to which people

actually, absorb risk information as they scroll along a product

the website, since previous studies showed mixed results when

researchers have relied on trial participants to report whether they

read anything.  This explains why the researchers relied on eye-

tracking tools, as well as a survey to then, assess recollections.

The following is from consumerreports.org and they say that there

are 5 things you can do to stay safe:

Confirm that you understand the basics of your medication:  how

much should you take, when, and how often.  Take time to the

pharmacy counter to talk with the pharmacist.  Even if he or she

seems busy, do not feel reluctant to ask.

Ask about food, supplements, and vitamins that should be

avoided.  And what about alcohol

Ask about the possible side effects, both common and rare, as

well as which is the most serious

Read the patient information sheets that come either stuffed into

or stapled to the prescription bottle bag

Determine when you can stop taking the medication.

I have always believed the Pharmacist knows more about your

medication and interaction and side effects than your doctor.

Be aware when taking prescription drugs.  READ the insert and

ask the pharmacist question
