How can you keep your body clear of cancer-producing food?  Well, it is not easy but once you know it becomes easy. This stuff has been spread over crops that pretty well covers the world, in the air, water, and soil.  SO what to do for ME.    This poses a major health risk to consumers who unwittingly consume it in our food.  It is up to YOU and me to find out how to counter this terrible plague that has entered our food supply.  Also, the tampons and any of those kinds of products have Glyphosate in them and you put them inside your body.  What do you suppose that does to our bodies.  It seems overwhelming sometimes to think about what these big multi-national companies have done to their products.  Of course, when you know that IBM made the number sequence for the Holocaust victims it becomes clear.

Glyphosate Hiding in YOUR Food

In 2015 The World Health Organization(WHO) classified glyphosate as “probably carcinogenic to humans,”.   This was based on their review of publicly available research.  Not only does it wreak havoc on soil biodiversity.  But it can also decimate your gut flora.  Its antibiotic action, depletion of certain amino acids and minerals, and impairment of metabolic enzymes are leading some researchers to investigate glyphosate as a direct cause of celiac disease.

It would be wise to juice dark green vegetables once a week.  And especially detox once or twice a year with something like a product like Flora, Flor-Essence.  This is a product developed by Dr. Charles Brusch, personal physician to President John F. Kennedy and Canadian nurse, Rene Caisse.  They perfected this formula.  I learned about it from a radio personality out of Missouri who has passed on.  But, I do use it at least once a year, as it is a three-week process drinking 2 ozs. daily.  How simple for a detox.

And choose protein-rich foods that are low in saturated fat.

Carbohydrates

The main source of energy that fuels our body and everything it does,

even thinking.  They are sugars and starches.  And try natural

carbohydrates found in fruit and some vegetables, dairy foods.

And limit man-made carbohydrates that are made in laboratories and

that, as YOU age, will create problems in your digestive system

and add fat to your structure.

Are YOU feeding your Mind the right nutrients?

Does YOUR mind have enough B-12, or other minerals, nutrients to help it function at its highest level every day?

My brain gets a variety of nutrients every day: all B vitamins, coconut oil, multivitamins, lithium orotate, plus other things for my Blood type-0 positive.

The right thoughts, the right nutrients, knowing and controlling SELF, are a good start to feeding YOUR mind the right things while aging.

The research has shown that before a person shows signs of Alzheimer it started 20-30 years before it actually shows up.  So remember that what you put into your body at 20 or 30 years old may show up in you at 60 or 70.  It will make a difference and you will probably not notice it.  There are probably things you can do to counter it.  You could juice dark green vegetables.  Those would include chard, kale, parsley, and spinach.  If you do not start flooding your body with good stuff in your 50’s then juicing and detoxing are very important.

When I go out to eat I do not worry about all the processed food.  It is all processed and all bad for us.  You just have to make that decision.  And be ok with that.  But, when you are at home try to keep the processed food out of your home.  It is all going to make a difference in how your mind operates as you age.  The research and development of these multi-national companies have a huge research budget on how their foods will become addictive.  Take Fritos for instance – very addictive.  I probably buy a package one time a year just to get through that addiction.  But, do not beat yourself up when you fall.  We all fail at some times.

YOUR conscious mind is sometimes referred to as your objective mind.  Because it deals with outward objects. And the objective mind takes cognizance of the objective world.  Its media of observation are your five physical senses.  We are using Dr. Joseph Murphy’s book “The Power of YOUR Subconscious Mind”.  And you need to know these 2 minds and what each does.  But this will help you in your life purpose, or your meaning of life.

Your objective mind learns through observation, experience, and education.  And the function of the objective mind is that of reasoning.

Your subconscious mind is oftentimes referred to as your subjective mind.  And your subjective mind takes cognizance of its environment by means independent of the five senses.  But your subconscious mind cannot argue controversially.  If you give it wrong suggestions, it will accept them as true and will proceed to bring them to pass.  And as conditions, experiences, and events.  But, all things that have happened to you are based on thoughts impress on your subconscious mind through belief.

The habitual think of your conscious mind establishes deep grooves in your subconscious mind.  And this is very favorable for you if your habitual thoughts are harmonious, peaceful, and constructive.

Objective and Subjective Mind

Dr. Murphy says “Think good, and good follows.  You are what you think all day long.  You have the power to choose.  Choose health and happiness.  You can choose to be friendly, or you can choose to be unfriendly.  Your conscious mind is the “watchman at the gate.”  Its chief function is to protect your subconscious mind from false impressions.

Detoxing YOUR Body from Toxins.  And how to get them out of your body so they will not cause harm is the question for you.  I find it easiest to use Tumeric as a supplement.  Plus, I juice dark greens 2 -3 times a month.  And then I use the Flor-Essence once or twice a year.  I am mainly trying to keep my alkaline levels high so that disease cannot get into my body.

Plastics are everywhere anymore.  Foods are wrapped in plastics that leach into the food.  Plastic containers are used by food producers that leach into your food.  They have found nano plastic in human waste.  So to get rid of most of anything bad in YOUR body you have to detox.  But, you have to be careful about what you are using.  All detox products are not really doing much for your body as it should.  So what I am telling you to use is one of the better things.  The Flor-Essence, the juicing 2-3 times a month.  And especially try to keep boxed, bagged, wrapped in plastic foods out of your house.

Just since I was born in 1942 there has been an explosion of plastics.  When I was little there were few things like the amount of plastic that there is today.  And the multi-national food people want their products to have a long shelf life.  And so that constitutes food that may have a 2-year shelf life.  So check out any wrapped, canned, or boxed food.  Try growing some of your food.  I shop at the local Farmer’s Market.  And even there I buy from vendors that I know watch how they raise vegetables or chicken or meat.  Because just because it is a Farmer’s Market it does not mean it is organic.  The one I shop at is not an Organic Farmer’s Market.  Be careful out there.

It is always healthy to debate and have discussions.    That is my thought anyway, always enjoy listening to my 3 children have their little group discussions.  The 2nd child, my only daughter,  can out debate anyone I have ever known.  She is the negotiator in the family.   We send her to negotiate car deals.  But, in this blog, I am talking about how 2 different scientists have come up with 2 different amounts of cells in the human body.  How is that done?  It must be either the school they attended or the scientific information they used as their references.  Of course,  to me, the different does not matter.  Just trying to keep 55 Trillion cells happy and well or 100 Trillion cells healthy and happy does not matter.

That is why YOU have to know and understand that YOU are unique in the Universe.  What works for your sister or family member may not work for you.   Different blood types, a different way of thinking.   And you may be a positive thinker and they may be negative.

Just taking care of your cells is a daily job.  Plus the other jobs you have as a person.  But, do take know your Blood type and what foods go with that blood type.  And do acknowledge your environment, your pecking order, and your personality type.  But, there again your culture has a lot to do with your cells being healthy and well or sick and dying.

See the pattern of those pictures above – there is a pattern in everything that the Prime Creator has made.  You can be an atheist but there is a pattern from the Universe on down to the tiniest little thing.  But, in this blog, I am going to tell you about myself and family members.  In 2003 – 2005 my brother, mother and sister all died of different cancers.  My dad had died in 1977 at age 67 of heart disease.  So in early 1990 after I became hypothyroid I began on this journey to keep my health as best as I could.  Once you get hypothyroid your life changes forever, and your body and your mind.  They all change for the worse but I took control.  That does not mean I control everything all the time I work on it daily.  I then found out about my Blood type which has a lot to do with how we age.  When I look at my blood type one of the characteristics is hard to get pregnant – it was 6 years between babies. I believe that in trying to stay healthy through the 1990s and into 2000 it taught me a lot about myself.  Then I really went into high gear through the process of my family dying of different cancers.  Mentally, I pray and meditate every day and thank the Prime Creator for all that has been given to me.  Writing this blog with knowledge and knowing that there are companies that over years have poisoned their products.  Nanoparticles of plastics are found in humans, along with glyphosate.  Of course, we are going to be sick from those items and die sick.

Will YOU die of Old Age or Sick?

Do not make this harder than it has to be.  Know your blood type.  Get if from Dr. D’Amato’s website if you do not know it.  Then look at the characteristics of your blood type and which foods go well with it.

Some humans are going to get sick, with cancer or many illnesses because of their genetics and such.  I want to die of old age and not have my children watch me die in Hospice.  Hospice is a wonderful program I just do not want that for my end.

YOUR Spirit needs Positive Input Daily  It has happened to me also.  Not paying attention to being positive and saying my meditation and prayers.  When my mother, brother, and sister all died within about 2 years of 3 different cancers.  And, on top of that my body got out of alignment and my hips went haywire.  So for several years when I was not at work I was on the couch laying down and “Oh, my”.  I am a believer that at some times during our lives we each go through some kind of a meltdown, downtime, or depression.  The main thing is to eventually get out of the negative place.

Everything in the Universe is connected.  All people are connected and yet we are all Unique.  The Prime Creator never lets us down.  We let ourselves down.   It is sometimes the trauma that causes us to go into a funk and lay on the couch.  There is no one I know who has not had some trauma and there are many kinds of trauma.  Just moving across town is a trauma for one person.  Getting beat by your mother every day as a child is certainly a different level of trauma.  And, yet they can both have lifelong effects on one’s personality and how they look at life.  We each have to determine how much we are going to let our trauma affect our daily life in the future.

Keep on talking to self about having positive thoughts.  We kind to yourself and appreciate what you do have.  It is all a Blessing and you should have JOY.  Because if you put all the good stuff off then later it is:  Would have, Could have, Should have time.  I do not want that for you or myself.  Time is precious and makes each day count.

We will talk about how herbs and spices can help your Healthy Life Span.  As you will notice in the image above that these fruits are the Fibonacci sequence just like everything else in the Universe.  I know you will pay attention now.

Pepper:  KING OF THE SPICES!!!  I love pepper-I grind my pepper.  Dr. Bharat Aggarwal, Ph.D. says it is the king of spices.  Only use the pepper mill – because in just the plain pepper that you buy there can be a percentage of different items.  And they are not good for you, like mouse poop, etc.

Turmeric:  Dr. Aggarwal says that this is a  spice superstar because people who eat this daily are so healthy.  And that its emerging scientific reputation as one of nature’s most powerful healers.  I buy powdered turmeric and spirulina( which I buy out of Australia from www.australianspirulina.com.au    I believe it to be the most tested and organic.

I will drink 1 teaspoon each turmeric and spirulina.  And grind some pepper which helps turmeric get into the cells better and drink it down.  Excellent for the body and inflammation and good food for every organ of the body.  It is important for you to have a program or a protocol for your own health as you age.

I am now taking Tai Chi – which is a wonderful way to stretch and move one’s body to stay limber as we age.  It is one and a half hours once a week with 108 moves that are graceful and meaningful.  I will talk more about it but here is a list of benefits:  live longer, improve muscle strength, balance, and flexibility, boost cognitive function, improve COPD symptoms, better night-time sleep, improve symptoms of fibromyalgia, improvements in cardiovascular fitness, reduce risk of falls.  Those are all great benefits that I want as I age.
