Childhood trauma and result in separation from the essential self.  And from reading Dr. Joseph Murphy it is being in contact with your Sub-Conscious is getting in contact with our essential self.  Dr.Gabor Mate says the following:

We live in a world that rewards us for being inauthentic and punishes us for being authentic.  And we live in a world, and a culture, that seduces us from our true selves with every possible blandishment, reward, and promise of fulfillment through artificial means.  And the other problem, as Alma says, is that your mind, your egoic mind, always to invalidate your essence.  Because the egoic mind develops as a replacement for the essence.  When essence shows up, the mind is threatened – the ego is threatened.  So it wants to fight back.

Both Dr. Mate and Dr. Levine explain that we often do not even realize that we are disconnected from our essential selves.   It is like when we are little and a dog dies or a grandparent dies.  This is trauma, both at different levels but it is trauma.  And it certainly could separate us from our real essence.  When I believe this man-made reality also is a factor in keeping us from our essential self.  Because, when we accept that there is a man-made reality and we take control it helps in getting in contact with our essential self.

when this trauma happens we can just go on and act as normal as we can.  But, there still is sadness inside of us.  Have a friend and her mother beat her every day.  She was in the Peace Core and has a Ph.D. but still is like a whipped dog at 63.  So she still is living that trauma and has never forgiven herself or her mother so she can move on.

How can you keep your body clear of cancer-producing food?  Well, it is not easy but once you know it becomes easy. This stuff has been spread over crops that pretty well covers the world, in the air, water, and soil.  SO what to do for ME.    This poses a major health risk to consumers who unwittingly consume it in our food.  It is up to YOU and me to find out how to counter this terrible plague that has entered our food supply.  Also, the tampons and any of those kinds of products have Glyphosate in them and you put them inside your body.  What do you suppose that does to our bodies.  It seems overwhelming sometimes to think about what these big multi-national companies have done to their products.  Of course, when you know that IBM made the number sequence for the Holocaust victims it becomes clear.

Glyphosate Hiding in YOUR Food

In 2015 The World Health Organization(WHO) classified glyphosate as “probably carcinogenic to humans,”.   This was based on their review of publicly available research.  Not only does it wreak havoc on soil biodiversity.  But it can also decimate your gut flora.  Its antibiotic action, depletion of certain amino acids and minerals, and impairment of metabolic enzymes are leading some researchers to investigate glyphosate as a direct cause of celiac disease.

It would be wise to juice dark green vegetables once a week.  And especially detox once or twice a year with something like a product like Flora, Flor-Essence.  This is a product developed by Dr. Charles Brusch, personal physician to President John F. Kennedy and Canadian nurse, Rene Caisse.  They perfected this formula.  I learned about it from a radio personality out of Missouri who has passed on.  But, I do use it at least once a year, as it is a three-week process drinking 2 ozs. daily.  How simple for a detox.

Alzheimer’s starts 20-30 Years before it actually shows up in a person’s personality.  That is the latest research which has come out.  But, no one says how it starts so we need to deduce there is something in each of us that could cause this.  Maybe, it is genetic or nutrition or environment or lifestyle.  And maybe it could a combination of any of those traits.  But, for myself, I have for almost 30 years tried to put only organic and healthy things in my body at my home.  Now, when I do go out I never would say I cannot eat such and such because it is irritating to people to have whiners.  But, in my home, I have all kinds of good things I do for myself.  I am O positive blood type so I try to stay with foods that go with that blood type.  Dr. D’Amato has a list of such foods on his website.  I am hypothyroid so I try to eat within that range also.  I detox once a year with Flora “Flor-Essence.  It is by Elaine Alexander, the late Canadian Health researcher.  Dr. Brusch was a partner in research and co-owner with the famous Canadian nurse, Rene Caisse.  They perfected this detox.  Organic Burdock Root, Sheep Sorrel, and slippery elm bark.  There is a process and drink it for 3 weeks.  Very good and highly recommended.  There are a lot of detoxes.  I juice parsley, chard also about 3 times a month.  Very good for the body, mind, and spirit.  You have to find one that you trust and work well for you.  I am going to do the next Blog on Stephanie Seneff’s articles.  They conclude that Round Up(Glyphosate) is in everything.  You have to counter everything from the store that is wrapped in plastic.  This leaches into YOUR body.

Grief can be from anything, and it takes SELF to get through it – everyone gets through grief on their own time schedule and it is not always easy.  But YOUR spirit is there to help you through it to the good side.

It is important for me to pray and meditate every day.  I have always done this but my belief system has changed regarding religion or going to church.  If churchgoing is important to you then it is important and you get a lot out of it.  I loved the singing and the community of friendship at church.  That was always important to me and the children went to church over the years.  But, religion today does not play a part in my Belief system.  I have a stronger Belief system about the Divine Creator but do not go to church and believe in their doctrine.  We each are different.  But, my belief systems believe in the Divine Creator, Fibonacci system, Universe is energy, a vibration of our cells, that everything in the Universe is connected.  And that we are each unique and yet we are all connected.    And that we have higher levels of development through our mind, body, and spirit.  Only the Divine Creator could possible make this all happen.  It does not come down to my god is greater than your god and we will kill all your people to prove it.

I have edema and am hypothyroid and these have affected my lymph system over the years. If you need this type of massage you need to do local research in your area to find a person who is qualified and knows how to do this.

YOUR lymph system goes all through your body.  From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet there are lymph systems.  And keeping these clear takes time and effort.  Because once they get clogged up and/or infected there is a disease.  And spiritually, I believe you want to be proactive.  But you do not want to wait to have a doctor tell you that your sick with a disease.

I use a rebounder and have for almost 20 years.  Now, as I age I only bounce. I do not jump as high as I can which is great.  But the bounce is important also.  I have gone to pools, both indoor and outdoor pools.  And I would do 200 jumping jacks.  Which is the same as bouncing on the rebounder.   This spiritually helps me know that I am doing the best I can for my mind, body, and spirit.  This is throughout all my daily works.  Find something that works for you that makes your mind, body and spirit work at their top level.  And to develop to my highest level is my goal and plan for life.

Mind, body, and spirit are all connected.  You cannot work on one without working on all 3.  Nor can you get to your highest level without being in balance the best you can.  YOU are unique and so your plan to be balanced is unique.  Always remember that the Divine Creator created us each unique but yet we are all connected.  And you ask yourself, HOW?

The research has shown that before a person shows signs of Alzheimer it started 20-30 years before it actually shows up.  So remember that what you put into your body at 20 or 30 years old may show up in you at 60 or 70.  It will make a difference and you will probably not notice it.  There are probably things you can do to counter it.  You could juice dark green vegetables.  Those would include chard, kale, parsley, and spinach.  If you do not start flooding your body with good stuff in your 50’s then juicing and detoxing are very important.

When I go out to eat I do not worry about all the processed food.  It is all processed and all bad for us.  You just have to make that decision.  And be ok with that.  But, when you are at home try to keep the processed food out of your home.  It is all going to make a difference in how your mind operates as you age.  The research and development of these multi-national companies have a huge research budget on how their foods will become addictive.  Take Fritos for instance – very addictive.  I probably buy a package one time a year just to get through that addiction.  But, do not beat yourself up when you fall.  We all fail at some times.

YOUR conscious mind is sometimes referred to as your objective mind.  Because it deals with outward objects. And the objective mind takes cognizance of the objective world.  Its media of observation are your five physical senses.  We are using Dr. Joseph Murphy’s book “The Power of YOUR Subconscious Mind”.  And you need to know these 2 minds and what each does.  But this will help you in your life purpose, or your meaning of life.

Your objective mind learns through observation, experience, and education.  And the function of the objective mind is that of reasoning.

Your subconscious mind is oftentimes referred to as your subjective mind.  And your subjective mind takes cognizance of its environment by means independent of the five senses.  But your subconscious mind cannot argue controversially.  If you give it wrong suggestions, it will accept them as true and will proceed to bring them to pass.  And as conditions, experiences, and events.  But, all things that have happened to you are based on thoughts impress on your subconscious mind through belief.

The habitual think of your conscious mind establishes deep grooves in your subconscious mind.  And this is very favorable for you if your habitual thoughts are harmonious, peaceful, and constructive.

Objective and Subjective Mind

Detoxing YOUR Body from Toxins.  And how to get them out of your body so they will not cause harm is the question for you.  I find it easiest to use Tumeric as a supplement.  Plus, I juice dark greens 2 -3 times a month.  And then I use the Flor-Essence once or twice a year.  I am mainly trying to keep my alkaline levels high so that disease cannot get into my body.

Plastics are everywhere anymore.  Foods are wrapped in plastics that leach into the food.  Plastic containers are used by food producers that leach into your food.  They have found nano plastic in human waste.  So to get rid of most of anything bad in YOUR body you have to detox.  But, you have to be careful about what you are using.  All detox products are not really doing much for your body as it should.  So what I am telling you to use is one of the better things.  The Flor-Essence, the juicing 2-3 times a month.  And especially try to keep boxed, bagged, wrapped in plastic foods out of your house.

Just since I was born in 1942 there has been an explosion of plastics.  When I was little there were few things like the amount of plastic that there is today.  And the multi-national food people want their products to have a long shelf life.  And so that constitutes food that may have a 2-year shelf life.  So check out any wrapped, canned, or boxed food.  Try growing some of your food.  I shop at the local Farmer’s Market.  And even there I buy from vendors that I know watch how they raise vegetables or chicken or meat.  Because just because it is a Farmer’s Market it does not mean it is organic.  The one I shop at is not an Organic Farmer’s Market.  Be careful out there.
