Prayer  should be another one of the first things you do in the morning and continuing all day “Thank You” “Thank You” all day.  Your bodies immune system will feel those positive thoughts and those little positive sayings you say all day long.

Go to Ho’oponopono and do this ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.  I do it all the time and I love it.  I have done it when I travel in the car and airplane in bad weather.  I do it with my children’s name.  I do it with everyone.

Go to Meditation and see how that would work for you.

Blood type is one of the things YOU need to know for a WHOLE YOU healthy life span

There are characteristics that go with each individual blood type.

Blood Type 0 positive:

I am a type 0 blood and these are my characteristics;  some of the main points and will go into more detail later;

We are predisposed to certain illnesses-hypothyroidism; which I have had since I was about 40; I wish I would have taken iodine starting in my 20’s but I did not.  I would start iodine as early as possible – it has helped with my edema(one of the things that happens sometimes with hypothyroidism).  Bladder Wrack is a good supplement-a seaweed and may help in weight control.  Our genetics dictates that we are strong,lean,productive, long-lived and optimistic.

I will go over some of the blood tests you may want your Doctor to take when you go in for annuals or anytime.  I have TSH, Free T 3&4, Vitamin D, and I am going to have a series of more blood test like Iron, B vitamins and etc.  Have your doctor give you a copy of YOUR blood test report and go over the report with your Doctor so you understand what your body may need.

Your time here in the physical plane is going fast – it seems like it.   In my own life – I have tried to slow the time down – by I do not have a TV and by trying to meditate, be productive and Love myself and life – I am slowing down the Time I have here and making it A Wonderful Life. I am going to tell you a personal story here because it is profound and will let you know START TODAY

These next 24 hours will never pass your way again-make them productive, be encouraged, be inspired, be motivated to make these next 24 hours to be productive, positive and be mostly FORGIVING TO SELF and anyone who has abused you over your life.  It is always better to forgive – because time is closing in on you every day and FORGIVENESS is a wonderful release for your immune system.

It is most important that you either juice or blend vegetables as much as you can. I use a Vita Mixer and so I blend my vegetables. I have tried freezing for a week the vegetable juice which is fine but I have found for myself that I blend as the night meal and then will stay in refrigerator and drink the rest for that day. Juicing/blending gets the vegetables into your cells much better than chewing. Never going to do the same for your body.

Once in awhile I will do fruit but for my body and probably for yours also there is too much sugar and although there are good nutrients in organic fruit it does not get your PH level where it should be as vegetables do.

Author Ann Cameron cured her stage 4 colon cancer with carrot juice.  Do a search = amazing story.  My brother died of colon cancer but I do not believe some people would try carrot juice even though there are stories about the cure from it.
