You have to exercise 1 hour a day
This is my story for exercising. I have exercised for almost 25 years – doing various things. I have a stationary bike, a rebounder(small trampoline-being said it is the best of exercise equipment), and an AB machine. I also have a community swimming pool that I use as much as possible from May through September. This year-after having both hips replaced over the years- I have started this summer RUNNING as fast as possible in the pool for 50 minutes every morning. I cannot tell you what that has done for my legs muscles, and my stomach muscles are becoming tight again. I run forward, backwards and sideways, always having on my swimming shoes because pushing off with one’s feet into the RUNNING it is too hard on one’s feet. ALWAYS WEAR SWIMMING SHOES.
