I work daily on protecting my Mind-my brain, my thoughts, being positive, having a mission everyday and finishing that mission, are some of the things I work on daily for my Mind.

Journaling is very important and improves your Mind and keeps you focused on Your Journey in life. Keep a daily, monthly and yearly journal so in years to come you can look back and see all the wonderful things you have built with YOUR mind.

Remember, the Mind, Body, and Spirit should be balanced – one does not have power over the other two. Exercising is wonderful, but Mind and Spirit must be in tune with body also. Know SELF-the whole person – Mind, Body & Spirit.
