Do Prevention for your health, body, and peace of mind.

It is harder to cure a disease than it is to prevent one.

I had both my hips replace years ago – from body being out of

Alignment and not arthritis.  So I work on my upper leg muscles –

And I now I can walk up and down stairs without holding on to

railings but I continue to work on my upper leg muscles to build

them up for aging as I go along here.

 

Prevention should become a lifelong journey, as it has for me.

 

I work daily on prevention of any disease.  My childhood family

Had all passed over the bridge by the time I was 63.

Brother dies of colon cancer and diabetes

Sister dies of leukemia

Mother dies of lung cancer

All within 2 ½ years.

 

My goal and daily mission are not to have those diseases

 

Since they have passed I went into depression so I am now

Viktor Frankl was a professor of neurology and psychiatry at University of Vienna Medical School and was the founder of what was call school of logotherapy.  Frankl’s theory is that man’s search for meaning is the primary motivation in his life.  The strength of a person’s sense of meaning, responsibility, and purpose is the greatest determine factor in how that question will be answered.

 

How do I go about making my life meaningful?

How do I go about making my life have a purpose?

We have great power to shape our attitudes and responses to the challenges that life presents to each of us, and that we grow thanks to these challenges.

Our spirit grows as our mind grows as our body ages.

Leave this plane knowing that you have left it with meaning, purpose and left your mark on family, friends and the many that have passed in the night.

 

Like someone said:

Frankl’s book will not show YOU the meaning of life but he will help you develop the tools, because you are unique, to develop the tools to find your own meaning.

YOU and YOUR Life Theory

YOU are unique and in your uniqueness is only YOUR theory

Most of us are always growing, learning, and developing

throughout our lifetime.  If you are not growing, learning, and

developing then YOU are stagnant and stressed everyday.

My sister was stagnant and stressed everyday – she died o

Leukemia at 65 and when given 2 weeks to live she called me

and we were talking and she said;

“I wish I had done more with my life; I know I could have”.

I told I know she could have also and so sad for her at these

last weeks of her life she acknowledged and knew she could have

done more, been more, succeeded more.  Instead, she chose

the easy way of being on social security disability.  There

is nothing wrong with that except that in her case she just took

the easy way out instead of making the daily effort of knowing

SELF and finding out her Life Theory and have peace, joy and

Harmony in that.

She was bright, and very nice and could have had a very

successful career if she would have put forth the daily work

I believe that do not ask what YOU expect from life but ask

When you ask yourself that question you are forced to go on a

journey of Selfhood and YOU will know what life expects from

You.

Life is not always fair, life is not always easy, and life can be

painful, life can be trauma, life

READ about these people and you will see their journey of

pain and trauma but they produced and empowered themselves:

Viktor Frankl

Paul Erdos

Alexander Solzhenitsyn

They all came up with their own Life Theory but it was theirs

based on the truth and how they lived their life.

They did not care what other people thought.

They did what they did for the truth

They each knew Selfhood and the consequences of that

Knowing their own Life Theory

From my reading these wonderful people who have left so much

behind for us to believe in and find our own Life Theory I have

taken something from all of them plus hundreds of other people

who have written or made a different in our world history – in the

past and for in the future we will have their books and their

stories.

I believe that we cannot move up and forward unless we see and

learn from others on their Life Theory but knowing our self and our

characteristics all adds to knowing

What Life expects from YOU or Me or each person

Life Theory may come when you are young but for most people it

takes aging and developing over decades.

I have always had my own theory:

There are givers and there are takers.

I always wanted to be a giver, do what I can when I see a need,

respect other people’s space and opinion.  Love always, have joy.

There are always going to be takers – I stay away from them just

automatically.  Along with needy people, drama people and

whiners

Dring Water

 

 

 

Dr. Masaru Emoto devoted his life helping other learn to use

prayer and blessing to improve their lives.

 

Dr. Emoto was fascinated with water and wondered if there were

methods of expressing difference in the nature of water.

 

He knew that water from a natural spring was better for you than

tap water or stagnant water.

 

And does water have messages for us.  Could we develop ways

to receive those messages from water.

 

Dr. Emoto developed a process in which he would freeze drops of

water and take photographs of individual water crystals that

formed.  He found that his theory was correct; like snowflakes,

very water crystal is unique.  But he learned much more than that.

 

Dr. Emoto found that you could tell much about the nature of the

water by photographing it in this way, and more importantly, that,

as human beings, we ca change the nature of water in many

ways.  Water truly does have powerful messages for us.

 

One of the first things that Dr. Emoto learned was that all water

does not form beautiful crystals.  He tested top water from around

the world and found that tap water does not form water crystals.

Stagnant or polluted water does not form water crystals either, but

forms unpleasant, deformed frozen structures.  Rainwater, water

from clean streams and rivers, water from glaciers, and water

from holy places around the world form beautiful crystals when

frozen.

 

Then he wondered if we, as human beings, can change the

nature of water, so he tried many techniques to test this.  Dr.

Emoto found that if he played beautiful music in the presence of

tap water, it would then make beautiful frozen crystal formations.

He also leaned that the written word changed the water.  Dr.

Emoto taped paper strips on bottles of tap water and then

photographed the frozen water.  He found that words such as

“Thank you” and “I love you”, cause the tap water to form beautiful

crystals.  Words such as “You make me sick,” or You are a fool,”

caused ugly, distorted crystals or no crystals at all.  Dr. Emoto

then found that we cause tap water to form beautiful frozen water

crystals simply by praying for the water, by sending it loving

thoughts, and by blessing it, like YOU should be blessing your

food before you eat.

 

YOU can learn to use prayerful intent to put beneficial energies

into your body, into substances, such as food and water, into

objects, such as jewelry, and into your living environment.  You

can bless things with unique energy vibrations as defined by

 

YOUR INTENT.

YOU can also change detrimental energies into beneficial

energies, all with the power of prayer and blessing.

 

Start YOUR blessings with water, food, and even your car with

The powerful INTENT.

YOUR high spirit is different from my spiritual development.

Our uniqueness is about everything in our being.  So what

Works for me, do not expect to work for you and vice versa.

 

So on this blog there will be lots of different words and meaning

about all of us – whether mind, body, and spirit.  My hope will

be that reading all of the blogs here and listening to the podcast

 

And reading the book:  What Does Life Expect from YOU?  You

will journey to the highest SELF in this life.

3 Ways to reconnect to your spirituality (especially when you feel

totally depleted).

 

What is a spiritual practice?  It is an opportunity to connect and

commune with yourself and with whatever force whether you call

it God, the universe, Spirit, or the pages of your journal) guides

your life.  Many have a spiritual practice without even realizing

they do, and for good reason.  There is so much beauty in a

spiritual practice.  They ae grounding, they are supportive, they

are the foundation for a healthy and conscious life.

 

  1. Find comfort in community.

 

A spiritual practice can often feel life a very solitary experience-

you meditate, pray, or take long walks by yourself.  There are great

comfort and connection in a spiritual community also.  This can be

a church, a drum circle, a class on intuition, a concert, or

community of people who support and align with your spiritual

beliefs.

 

 

  1. Take a personal retreat

Reconnecting with your spiritual practice simply requires

reconnecting with yourself.  This can take as much or as little time

and money as you have to allot to it.  Simply carve out some

space in your schedule-wither it is one hour or three days to

spend a long, reconnecting with your spiritual practice.  Make a

light agenda for yourself.  Will you pray, meditate, journal, take a

long bath, catch up on sleep.

The purpose of this retreat is to give yourself a dedicated time

and space within which to reconnect with yourself and with your

spiritual practice, or try something new that might reinvigorate

your spiritual connection.

 

 

3, Practice spreading love – I WOULD ADD “FORGIVENESS”

 

When it comes right down to it a spiritual practice is about

remembering love.  It is about remembering that we and every

other human on this planet are love and are loved.  One of the best

ways you can remember this by sharing that love with other

people.

Also, the most important love is to love SELF first above

everyone,

 

And forgive one’s self above everyone else.

 

After Self-love and forgiveness – give all that to family and friends.

NLP-Neuro-Linguistic Programming is one of the world’s most

prevalent methods of mind control, used by everyone from sales

callers to politicians to media pundits, and it is nasty to the core.

Tony Robbins used NLP techniques – along with most motivational

speakers today, the newscasters, pastors, and so on for many

I have not had a microwave oven for 15 years now and

knew how bad not only the food cooked in them was bad for us

bodies but the sauce of electrical magnetic radiation comes off

YOUR immune system functions optimally when your body has

an adequate supply of electrons, which are easily and naturally

obtained by barefoot contact with the earth.

 

Research indicates that electrons from the earth have

antioxidant

effects that can protect your body from inflammation and its

many

well-documented health consequences.  For most of our

evolutionary history humans have had continuous contact with

the earth.

 

It is only recently that substances such as asphalt, wood, rugs,

and plastics have separated us from this contact.

 

The earth maintains a negative electrical potential on its

surface.

When you are in direct contact with the ground-walking,

sitting, or

laying down on the earth’s surface that the earth’s electrons are

conducted to our body bringing it to the same electrical

potential

as the earth.  Living in direct contact with the earth grounds

you’re

body, inducing favorable physiological and electrophysiological

I have done earthing over the years – and not as consistently as

would have like to or should have.  But I have known it has

beneficial to us for years.  When I go and sit in the grass or just

stand in the grass or ground I can feel the energy flowing up

through my body.

is okay – you will be able to, like me, feel the energy moving

YOU should go barefoot and try for 40 minutes a day.  They say

concrete is conducive but I like grass, dirt or sand.   They say

concrete floor ==like basement floor is ok.  Barefoot for sure.

 

Grounding also positively affects your nervous system and has

been researched that may lead to a reduction in some of your

medications.

 

My goal since the 1980s has been not to take any medication –

so

to do that I have had to learn about SELF and what SELF

requires to stay healthy.

 

PREVENTION OF A DISEASE IS MUCH BETTER THAN

REACTING TO A DISEASE.

YOUR powerful higher self’s energy:

 

  1. Acceptance

 

A true connection with your spiritual energy cannot be forced.  Your highest self is wise and uses the time to guide you, Embrace time as a friend designed to protect you from doing too much too fast or from straying too far off course before it is too late.

 

  1. Meditate – Daily

 

Meditation helps to equip you with the innate ability to master a wider range of energy fields.  It makes your mind and energy stronger and prevents you from getting sucked into other people’s negative energy – do not let anyone, family or friends daring you with any of their stuff.  Do not take on other’s stuff.  Learn to let go and let God.  It is their stuff to take care of and not your stuff.

 

  1. Practice Yoga

 

Yoga helps to discipline your mind, and it trains your nervous system so it is easier for you to process spiritual energy.  Twice a week is fine.

 

  1. Laughing and Crying

 

Laughter and crying are two of the greatest gifts given to us.  Both enable us to heal, purify and release block that would have otherwise lowered our vibration.  This, in turn, makes it much easier for us to tap into a higher level of spiritual energy.

 

  1. Consciously practice Self-Love

 

With every loving and nurturing thought you give yourself, the closer you are to the truth, as the endless stories, patterns and traps of your mind are never real.

 

Stop feeding into self-talk that is negative.

 

Never doubt how truly awesome you are.  You deserve love and

lots of it – from yourself.  The more self-love the closer you are

into tapping into the amazing energy that your higher self-holds

Your high self is YOU, you in the ether, the real you, you are total

soul consciousness.

 

You living here on Earth is just a projection of the consciousness

of your higher self.  YOUR higher self is the more complete YOU

– the one that

 

YOUR higher self-has access to your thoughts, goals, intentions,

everything you are thinking and feeling and wondering.  There is a

conduit that goes directly between you here on earth and YOUR

higher self in the ether.

 

Everything we are is not stored in our MIND, BODY & SPIRIT that

is within our physical body but it is outside of us.  Like we have

talked about energy field outside of our bodies
