Is your body in for the long-haul of the aging process?

Just using my self as example of the aging process. I am blood type O positive. There are characteristics of blood types and which foods and nutrients make YOUR body age best. So if you do not know your blood type, Dr. D’Amato has a little kit you can order and find out your blood type.

YOUR body will work best when you feed it the best things for it. My body runs on high protein, low carb, but that is my body. YOUR body is different and may run best on high carb or other things.

I make sure when I buy protein powder that I get quality protein powder. Whatever you put into your body your doing research on quality. I buy from a locally owned pharmacy who has pharmacist that are also Registered Nutritionists.
